Therapy vs. Life Coaching

Coaching provides for an effective working relationship that is adaptable for each client; depending upon individual goals, time constraints etc. For example, some clients may already have a direction in mind, whereas others are starting from square one with a dream in mind. Thought provoking questions are applied to discover what it is that you want to change, improve, or add to your life – personal or professional.

Creating and developing your individual strategy occurs as we uncover your desired outcome and goals. With a well-developed strategy with detailed direction, we have begun the journey of coaching! Implementing the strategy involves action steps where you will find the gold. Some action steps may involve breaking down negative self-talk and creating empowering new concepts.

Coaching sessions can take place in person, via telephone, video conferencing and email communication. Face to face sessions can take place at the office or almost any public location.
